She was diagnosed with MS in 1998, and is a longtime activist for the National MS Society. It took her a long time to get her disease under control, and she tried many disease modifying therapies (DMTs). She finally found relief after attending Body and Brain Qigong style classes, and it worked so well she continued advanced study in order to share the practice with others in hope that they can help to heal themselves. Her goal is to help others with MS and chronic health conditions to find relief from their symptoms and get back their energy and peace within.
